Description of the Interactive Tool

This simple but effective tool by the Hewlett Foundation Madison Initiative enables students to experience systems thinking and complex systems understanding through the creation of causal loops.
It can be easily manipulated, edited, colour-coordinated and explored through its intuitive interface. Students may input the desired functions of an assigned systems thinking exercise and quickly observe the causal loops within a system.
Points of Strength
This tool is intuitively designed and highly rated.
There is no specific purpose for the digital tool apart from demonstrating the links and causal loops in a system.
