This is a video from 1999 where Donella Meadows present her understanding of systems for sustainability. The lecture explains well systems thinking and how it relates to sustainability. It also talks about the possible ways of changing non-sustainable systems. It is a very strong plea to us all in seeing our role in the system and how to change the paradigms ruling it.

This is an epical video that deserves a place in any course that addresses complexity, systems and sustainability.
