My Physics Lab

Typology
Digital
Area
Natural Sciences
Thematic Area
Chemistry/Biology, Simulations of physical behaviors (computer science, biomedicine, mathematics, mechanics)
Description of the Interactive Tool
Digital laboratory with interactive simulations of traditional physical experiments, such as double spring, double pendulum, Newton's cradle, rigid body collisions and others.
Points of Strength
Users can change parameters of the experiments, interact with the environment. It is possible to save parameters of the particular simulations for the later use and show simulations offline. The software is provided as open source and can be also applied to teach solving differential equations numerically, analyzing chaotic systems, etc.
